How do I change my password for my Murmioo account?
If you're signed into your account, just head on over to Profile, which is located below My Account and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
I forget my password. How do I reset the password to my account?
Select Sign In, which is located at the top right hand side of zlins.com, and click on "Forgot Your Password".
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Murmioo email or contact our team here.
Where is my order？
You can check your domestic order status and details by using our Order Status Form or by logging in to your account. Please keep in mind that customized products will ship separately and may occur in multiple shipments.
What payment methods does Murmioo accept?
We accept PayPal.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has been submitted?
Yes，but once your order has been sent, you cannot change your address or request changes to your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Yes，but once we send your order, it cannot be canceled. However, we will accept any returns within 30 days, as long as the product is unused and still in its original packaging.
Was there a confirmation order after purchase?
Yes，an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships？
Yes, you will.When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included.
Does Murmioo sell product on Amazon？
Authentic ZLINS product, which comes with a full product warranty, is available on Amazon through ZLINS’s authorized reseller "ZLINS Authorized”.
Can't find the product you are looking for or it's out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address and be notified as soon as that product is back in stock. Simply enter your email address in the notification box after you select the product and size/color you would like to purchase. Once that product is available you will receive an email letting you know.

What’s your policy for us shipping?
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, order shipping may be delayed. Free Shipping on all orders: Applies to contiguous United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and APO addresses).
Does ZLINS ship internationally?
ZLINS will only ship within the United States.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
"Due to very high parcel volumes, it’s taking a little longer than usual to process your order. However, our Warehouse team are working around the clock to dispatch your purchase as soon as we possibly can. Rest assured; your parcel will be dispatched within the next few days. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy time.

If your parcel has still not arrived, then please check for a missed delivery slip from the postman, and check with any neighbours or safe places where the delivery may have been left.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

How do I clean a stainless steel water bottle?
Our products are easy to clean.Cups can be washed by hand.We also provide you free 18/8 304 straw cleaning brush.
Can you put stainless steel in the dishwasher?
We are continuously testing and improving our products. After extensive testing, we have proved that most of our bottles are dishwasher safe. Note, however, that harsh detergents and hot water may affect the appearance of your bottle over prolonged use.
How often to clean stainless steel water bottle products?
We recommend cleaning your bottle and lid after each day of use to ensure it remains mold and germ free.
Are ZLINS bottles and cups microwve safe?
ZLINS bottles and cups can't be used in the microwave.
What are some thing I should know about my bottle？

What is a vacuum insulated water bottle product?

Can I freeze my stainless steel water bottle?
No. Do not place your ZLINS in the freezer or microwave as this can cause damage to your bottle and appliances.The ZLINS bottles have a double wall of insulation, which means the temperature of the liquids stays the same, regardless of the external temperature.
Consequently, when you place your bottle in the freezer, it has no effect on its ability to maintain an icy coldness and can damage your bottle or freezer."
What can I put in the ZLINS?
