OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your ZLINS® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly.
For qualified orders, ZLINS only apply to orders shipped within the United States. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Hawaii, Alaska Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.) and APO addresses.
Reminder: All custom design, collegiate, or monogrammed products will require additional processing time.
Shipping time and option
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.
I haven't received my confirmation email
If you haven't received your confirmation email, we firstly recommend checking your spam box as these sometimes get lost in there!
Please note that if you have paid via PayPal, your order confirmation email will be sent to your PayPal email address.
If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team via our support widget in the bottom right-hand corner and we'll get back to you within 1 to 2 working days.
order-tracking
Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–10 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
cancel my order
We ship orders very quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.
To cancel your order, click on the View My Order Link on your order confirmation email and click cancel. Note: If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Edit my oeder
If you do need to edit your order, we advise you to cancel the order and repurchase instead of reaching out to Customer Service.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
If your parcel has still not arrived, then please check for a missed delivery slip from the postman, and check with any neighbours or safe places where the delivery may have been left.
Once you have done the above and have still not located your order, please contact our Customer Service team via our support widget in the bottom right-hand corner. We'll get ba哦is safely delivered.
RETUN
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your ZLINS products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email us right away, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.
Ins and outs of the ZLINS return policy
To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
All returns must be related to zlins.com order.
ZLINS does not offer returns on items purchased outside of zlins.com.
Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
The cost of transporting the returned goods will be borne by you.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at zlinsbottle@gmail.com. Please include your order ID and reason for your return in the message for documentation. During the return period, we will reply whether the product is eligible for refund, and if so, provide authorization and return instructions.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Amount at your original purchase price, minus shipping charges (unless defective or damaged items). Normally, the refund will appear on your credit card within 2 business days of the refund being issued.
ZLINS does not accept replacements.
ZLINS does not accept returns on customized product.
Product damage or defect
Damage upon receipt:contact us via email with photos of damage within 72 hours of arrival. We confirm that the product is qualified for damage (according to customer judgment), we provide free replacement.
Defective product: If you find your product defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
You may use the original product packaging . Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA or original order number.
Securely attach your return label to the package.
Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
I have received the wrong order. What should I do?
We are very sorry to hear that you have received the wrong order!
